The staffs' behaviour was so bad. They charged 500/- for accidentally dirtying the bedsheet with little juice. They were being so rude to us for this matter. If we are not getting this refund then we will campaing in social media.

We checked in early morning at 3.30 am and instead of booking for the 10th, we booked for the 11th, he was were helpful and got us an upgrade. We checked out the same day at 12 nooon. Perfect

Very friendly helpful staff. As there was 3 of us in one basic room, the manager decided to upgrade us to a suite , free of charge, to give us more space ????

The music was a little loud at dinner. But the staff were more than happy to turn the volume down a little.

The hotel comes across as a nice accommodation. The rooms are clean and comfy. Room service is good and staff is courteous. Breakfast can be improved. The rooms have kettle and a small safe but an iron and hair dryer can be provided.

1. The payment on arrival: ideally payment is at check out and the staff there was rude in saying that if this information is not provided by booking.com, it is not his problem! This is like trapping people into the hotel although they may like their stay. 2. The hotel has speaking walls literally, anything and everything going around is heard. You cannot sleep in the day or night. There is kitchen on the fifth floor, imagine the staff rocking the chairs at 2 am in the night and the reception had to be called to let us sleep. Even worse in the day when someone is literally digging something somewhere in your wall. And then, suddenly, someone shouting will be going across the corridor and you can hear all. 3. The dinner is overpriced. The food is good but still the ala-carte menu is over-priced!. 4. The hotel offers a shuttle to the airport which is nearly 1000 INR!

This hotel had a wonderful restaurant which was convenient as there really wasn't a lot of shops near by. The staff were generally friendly and assistive when asked. We enjoyed our stay.

It was extremely hard to check in at this hotel as they refused to accept the card I had booked with online and were extremely argumentative when we tried to book in. Booking a shuttle was also very painful, we had to e-mail and when we had no response we had to call and were told they could not help us and to call back. Over all the booking in and arranging transport to this hotel was not good.

Room was clean. Linen was not fresh. Bath towels were very old. Lunch was pedestrian. GM was kind enough to allow me to do late check out. Overall a nice experience. Food could have been better.

Spread in both breakfast and lunch could have been better. Room service to improve.

The staff was really nice, especially Sudeep. Also, the guard staff was really welcoming.

It nowhere mentions that it’s a “No Smoking” property and the management is very cool about it. They are very smart to tell you this only when you ask that too after you pay the money. You have to call for most of the toiletries yourself as they only keep a soap for you in the loo. The small little things which we don’t think of but actually make our stay convenient lack in this place. Funniest part is I scheduled a wake up call for 6.30 am and the phone never rang. Luckily I got up on time by myself.

It's good value for money for a centrally located, clean, modern, efficient hotel with standards on par if not better than fancier names & chains in that part of town

هدوء الفندق ونظافة الغرف

كراسي فوق سطح المطعم يوجد بها ماء بسبب برودة الجو - كذلك صوت مسجل القاعة مرتفع عند إقامة الحفلات

صالة الإستقبال واسعه وجميلة. وجود المطعم في سطح الفندق والجزء المفتوح في الهواء الطلق رائع جدا.

السرير غير مناسب ابدا لدرجة انني نمت على الأرض. الفندق نظيف.. لكن خدمة النظافة للغرفة اثناء الاقامة لم تكن بالمستوى العالي أثناء تنظيفها .
